Interest in Group Thinking Sessions for Community Activation

Hello! Please fill out this form if you are interested in joining a Group Thinking Sessions for Community Activation.

About the Sessions:
You'll join a small group of people that meet with me for 6 sessions (once every two weeks) to learn and share ideas to help push forward your community activation goals. Each session will have a topic theme like: Understanding your community, Culture & establishing trust, Participation in community, Communication, and Leadership & empowerment. Aside from getting your questions answered, I hope that we'll all get to know each other better, learn together from our collective experiences and challenges, and stay in touch in the future.

The questions in this form will help me understand your interests, what you are working on, how far along you are in the community activation process, and your challenges. By filling out this form, you are under no commitment to enroll in the Sessions, although I will follow up with you when Sessions are available.

THERE IS A COST associated with these Sessions. Information about pricing can be found here: http://middlepatheco.com/pricing/.

The next cohort will begin around Jan 2022.

Thank you for your interest!
