We are, All About Us - Asd Teens, we are a charity group in Antrim and we cater for local families and families from the surrounding area, we have set the group up for information sharing, support, to arrange regular meet-ups, schedule events & for making new friends for these young people and their families.

Our aim is to give children and teenagers from the age of 8-18 a safe place to meet and develop their hobbies and their social skills as at the minute there isn't anything locally available for this age group. We will cater for both those with a diagnosis of ASD and those going through the diagnosis process, their siblings and their families.

At present we meet in Rehability, Antrim, (7 & 8 Norfolk Court) they have allowed us temporary use of their building until our permanent place is ready.  We are able to run weekly meetups on Thursday and Friday evenings for our young people to socialize, make friends, learn new skills and have some fun, this enables the children/young people to have a routine for going out, a place for them and their families to make friends and hopefully something they will look forward to each week. As our support group grows we are also hoping to be able to provide courses to help these young people get placements/jobs such as food and hygiene, first aid, mental health etc.

We also run coffee mornings on a Friday from 10am-12pm.
