Please Note

We will help complete and submit expungement paperwork of eligible minor offenses (e.g. non-violent cannabis, disorderly persons) at no cost. We will also provide direct line of communication with Jersey City Employment and Training Program, SCORES Reentry, and Triangle Park Community Center for your convenience.

No appointment is required. However, the expungement clinic has been very busy in the past. Please arrive early to give yourself and the attorneys time to help your case. Submitting this form could make your time with attorneys smoother and faster and is permission from you to access your Personal Court History.
