Mel Waters is the man with the "Endless Hole" or bottomless pit on his land.  In the interview, Mel tells Art that the US Government has seized his land and now wants to make Mel an offer. Art Bell was a famous late night AM radio personnel.  His shows dealt with a wide range of strange and interesting topics such as UFOs, the paranormal, Big Foot, and Area 51.   He was also a host of the paranormal talk radio show, Coast to Coast AM.

Every Hallow's Eve, Art Bell would host a special Halloween show called, "Ghost To Ghost".  He would open the phone lines for callers to call into the show to share their own REAL ghost experiences.
