I created a board button to archive old cards but I keep getting the following error regardless of the number of days that I add to the rule:
Trello error: Requested too many cards with action loads, please limit
Hi Luis,
Thanks for reaching out!
It sounds like there are too many cards in the list you're looking to archive. Could you please let me know the number of cards you have in the list?
Are you able to move half of those cards into another list (you may need to create a new one), and then try to archive that list?
Let me know how that goes,
Lara

Hi Lara,
Thanks for your response.
The board button started working fine today (without making any changes), not sure why.
The list had more than 350 cards. What is the limit for IBM accounts?
Thanks,
Luis

Hi Luis,
Glad to hear the button worked today.
There is no limit specifically for IBM users. Our limits apply to all users across all subscriptions.
You can find our limits here: https://trello.com/1/resource/limits. I'd recommend using a JSON reader to view the data in a more readable format.
It looks like the limit for card ActionsPerApiRequest is 300, meaning that the maximum number of cards you can perform an action on is 300 cards, before seeing performance issues. Since Butler uses the API to make changes, it'll be hitting that limit and causing performance issues.
Please let us know if you have any other questions, and we'll be happy to help.
All the best,
Lara
