The watch was a gift after my mkgo broke. Notifications never go through. The date & time has been wrong for 2 months. Can’t answer calls or control music. The tracking is off. Used it on a walk and it said my Spm(steps per minute) was 0 as in I wasn’t walking at all. The app doesn’t sync with the watch so every exercise I tried tracking doesn’t even show in app.

First, check if the Bluetooth is connected properly. Secondly, if there are no notifications, see if the message push notifications are not turned on. In the Bluetooth settings, click on the settings for the corresponding device name and allow push notifications.
Great for me
I’ve had cheapies I’ve had imposters, i’ve even had the real deal…but this one takes the cake! No issues… connects with my phone gives me all the information I need just the basics which is fine for me, and I paid a great price for it. Very happy would recommend for those who want something simple nothing fancy just simple the basics. I’ve had this for 3 months now, I did have a Fitbit before and really didn’t do a whole lot for me comparative to this, it’s just a little more then the fb gave and I’m happy with it and I paid a third of the price from the simple Fitbit. Hubby now has the Fitbit lol! 😎💪🏾👍🏾
Not working
When I bought my watch, everything worked perfectly. I misplaced the watch, and I didn't wear for some months. Last week I charged it, but the clock is not on time. The only way to set it up is through the app. The app is not working!! It has been a week. I uninstalled it, installed again, updated it (the update showed up just today), turned my phone off and on again. (Phone has latest update too) The app is not opening. The truth is that I bought an Apple watch a month ago, and realized that my Kessaris is more accurate in counting my steps, so I want to wear this one instead. But I can't, because.... the app is not working. Bummer!
