Comments: This VMC Neko Hook also works very nicely as a weightless wacky rig hook - just match the right size to the soft plastic worm you use for weightless wacky rigging and enjoy the same success this hook provides for the Neko rig.

Comments: Started fishing the Neko rig in the spring of 2017, was using a weedless wacky hook when fishing the Neko rig & was loosing a lot of fish. Lost a 5 lber on a fishing trip to northern Wisc. in June. When I returned home I ordered a 25 count pack of #1's & 1/0's from TW & used them the rest of the 2017 season. Hardly lost a fish after switching to these hooks. I highly recommend the VMC Neko hook & I wont use any other hook for Neko rigging from now on.

Comments: I have been fishing the Neko hook in the number 2 size for a few years now and have total confidence in this hook. It catches fish with perfect hook-ups and puts fish on the carpet. Last weekend I landed 7 smallmouth and 2 largemouth in a few hours on my honey hole, lost 2 others because they took me down in the weeds not because of a bad hook. Thanks to VMC my fishing has been more productive and enjoyable, not going home with a lost fish story.

Comments: I have been using these hook in the 2/0 size with a VMC half moon wacky weight in the 1/8 oz size and a Biospawn 6.5 inch plasma tail and have smashed bedding smallmouth bass up north as well as large mouth bass back home. The hook up ratio is awesome! I have missed only the fish that bite the tail of the worm. I highly recommend them!

Comments: Tried these out last week. Went 3 for 3, so I cant complain. :) There are other hook options out there for Neko rig that work fine, but I figured Id give them a try. I like em.:) If you haven't tried this technique, you need to (or not!). Gives fish diff look, and so far working great on prespawn cruisers. Cant wait to try on bedding fish...then again only the finicky ones. haha
