Location was great. Breakfast was wonderful. Facilities were nice and clean, and coffee mini bar set up was good. Room was quite small and not set up for a third person and staff were not very responsive. The vibe was definitely trying more for hip and less for family. Wouldn't pick it again, but wasn't bad.

The bathroom is all separate (toilet) (Shower) have there own door/room but that didn’t stop the shower flooding the main area of the bathroom. We were in a room next door to the staff cleaning cupboard so all we could hear from about 5am was staff in and out that room. Didn’t really get a good sleep either night

Really impressed with the warm welcome from staff, we were offered an upgrade for half price to a studio with beer/wine so we went for it. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and the power shower was fabulous! Coffee machine included. We didn’t use the restaurant as had made other plans for dinner and breakfast. Very easy to book on Expedia and we used the online checkout service from the hotel. Great location for access to shopping and sight-seeing. We took advantage of the discount for parking next door at Q-Parking First Street so it was so stress-free getting in and out of Manchester. I would recommend this hotel for value for money especially on a Saturday night!
