REGISTRATION FEE OF $65 PER WINE
Entry forms are being accepted now through March 30th, 2018.
•Fill in the form below for each wine being submitted. If you are submitting more than one wine, Contact, Title, Address & Zip Code, Phone, and Website only need to be filled out once.
•Please double check your mailing address. This is for the AFWC to send you your winning medals! A wrong address means your medal gets sent back to us and we get to keep it!!
•You must enter Winery / Producer and Email for each submission. Once the form has been submitted, you will receive a .pdf copy of the form via email from
registration@americanfinewinecompetition.com.
•Please print a copy for yourself and a copy to include in the shipment (see shipping info below).
•Wines will be accepted from February 5th through March 30th, 2018.
•Each entry requires 4 bottles (1 should be signed by the Vintner or Winemaker for charity).
•Ship wines to: American Fine Wine Competition/Shari Gherman, c/o RoboVault, 3340 SE 6th Avenue Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316.
