In the Activity Center, which has sports facilities like indoor badminton courts, table tennis, pool/billiards, carrom, croquet, cricket nets, a swimming pool, a cycling track, walking paths, jogging tracks, Acupressure tracks, forest bathing, etc., there are also many recreational amenities for people who are in their second innings.
The area for project maintenance is ₹3.94 @sq.ft.
Anyone can purchase a unit at Ashiana Advik for future use or investment. However, at least one spouse in each marriage must be older than 55 in order to remain at the project permanently.
Your daughter who is unmarried is welcome to stay indefinitely. The rest of the family, however, can only visit for a brief period of time. There is a restriction on the number of children allowed to live in the project in order to maintain the sedate pace of senior living.
No, Ashiana Advik is not a retirement community. When elders have no other option, they spend their retirement years in old-age homes, which are residential institutions. Living in these institutions is very boring because they frequently have inadequate staffing levels, lack even basic facilities, and offer few recreational opportunities.
