The Centre for Languages of Han Chiang University College of Communication is excited to present to you an online workshop entitled “Getting into the Swing of Writing” !

Our speaker, Ms Rebekah Mui, an avid writer, editor, lecturer and communicator. She teaches writing, visual note-taking, learning skills, academic literacies and more! She has worked with early childhood, primary, secondary and university students as well as teachers-in-training.

During the workshop, she will use creative strategies to draw connections from seemingly random sources of inspiration in the crafting of a story. She will also demonstrate a variety of techniques including the use of sensory details, mind maps, emotion wheels and vivid imagery to add detail to descriptive and narrative compositions.
