Assets. Transactions. Data. You. We’re committed to keeping them all secure! So, we wanted to take this opportunity to share with you exactly how we here at Monster Galaxy prioritize cyber security. If you caught our Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) session with Certik last week, then you’re already in the know. But for those of you who didn’t have a chance to stop by during the event, we thought we’d run through all the highlights.
We invited Certik to join us for the AMA because they are one of the most reputable Cyber Security firms around. And, as you may already know, they’re actually the ones who performed a meticulous audit of all our smart contracts! We’re incredibly proud of the results of the audit, but we don’t plan to rest on our laurels. We’re dedicated to maintaining rigorous standards across all aspects of our platform, including secure account login, data transfer, and server operations. Smart contracts aren’t our only focus, though. To ensure that all types of data are secure, we’ve taken a number of measures. First, our servers are hosted on Amazon AWS, which guarantees global protection against server failures, DDoS attacks, and hacking. When it comes to credit cards, all payments are processed through PayPal, which means you can count on secure transactions and exceptional customer service.
As for our own customer service reps, they are all company employees or contractors who have signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and who are strictly prohibited from disclosing any user information. Lastly, because we’re headquartered in Silicon Valley and have the support of renowned industry leaders like Animoca, we’re in a prime position to provide the best, most secure metaverse experience to our users. Before this month’s letter draws to a close, we just wanted to mention one more thing. You can see that we take security very seriously, but that alone doesn’t make a game great. No, for that you need a community of players you can truly collaborate with. We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, MOGA would be nothing without you! And that’s why we value your feedback so highly.
You told us you wanted more ways to obtain new Moga…and we heard you! So, we’ve made it our goal to introduce additional opportunities for you to get your hands on the Moga you love. You can expect to see more in-game missions, events, and mini-games that offer Moga-based rewards. And you can also look forward to sales events featuring new Blind Boxes with boosted drop rates for both full and higher rarity Moga cards!
