Didn't record my run and could not submit my run for the virtual runs I signed up. Kept on resetting and then when it could record the run, I couldn't save (tap on tick, nothing happenned) the result of the run..I had to click x, goes back to start again....pls tell me I can record my runs with another app to submit for the event? Add on: had to keep the app on while running/ walking to safely track my distance, such a hassle! Cannot leave it on background, else it will reset.

I've downloaded this app during pkp to keep a healthy lifestyle but I've only joined 3 runs in total. But lately I noticed there haven't been many virtual runs. Jomrun, pls do more virtual run as it is the number 1 reason I (and many other busy people who don't have time to train and needs flexibility to keep a healthy lifestyle) downloaded this app for. Thanks and looking forward to your future improvements.

Worst customer service ever and inaccurate GPS tracker. Ordered incorrect shirt size, requested to change size, CS thought I would like to refund. At the end, another CS came and asked what alternative size. After merry go around, no more size. Wasted my time to reply. After completed another 2 events, will uninstall this lousy app. Will recommend others in social media not to install this app. Not recommended at all.
