Far Cry 2 Unofficial Multiplayer/MP Patch

To enable online multiplayer again, we've created a patch.

All you have to do is install the patch and search for or create multiplayer match as usual create an account on the unofficial community backend we've created for online multiplayer (Ubisoft has shut down their servers).

Account Creation (Required)
To access the unofficial multiplayer service, you need an account.

There are a few requirements needed for usernames to be accepted. Also, we ask for an email to verify your account and incase we need to let you know of any major changes to the community backend.

Even though this was optional, some people have abused it to cheat/ruin matches without accountability, so it's been changed.
Map Community (Retail)
Map downloads where the map exists on the map community can be fixed by placing winhttp.dll into the game's \Far Cry 2\Bin folder. See this webpage for a winhttp.dll download:

One of our community members has created a live server website to help you find matches without having to start up Far Cry 2 every so often to check.

That's because your FPS is too high for the game to handle correctly. The Maximum highest FPS FC2 can manage is 80. Any more and NPCs start taking it badly. Put -RenderProfile_MaxFps 80 into your steam launch options or your desktop shortcut's target so you don't have to do it manually everytime.

i cant even play the game, it loads great but i am stuck in a room where you get your first weapon ans stimpacks .i seen somewhere to change farcry2 two vista but cannot find that folde? any sugestions win 10 64
