Deposit & Payments
The initial 50% down-payment reserves the event date and is non-refundable. This is due at the time of booking. *

The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the event date. *
Required
Laura's Baking Delights must receive the balance by the due date indicated or contract is null and void, and the down-payment will not be refunded. *

Any changes to size, style or flavors of the cake must be made a minimum of 30 days before the event.  Any changes requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges. *

Delivery & Pick Up
Delivery and setup are included on the invoice. *
Required
Laura's Baking Delights is not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete.  You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s).  Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 75 degrees or below. *

If you or a representative elect to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves Laura's Baking Delights possession.  *

Flowers
If flowers are provided by an outside source, you acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants. *

Allergen Warning
Laura's Baking Delights products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions. *

Equipment Rental
If your cake requires equipment such as columns, cake plates or a stand, a security deposit must be left with us at the time of final payment in order to ensure safe return of the equipment.  Laura's Baking Delights will return this security deposit when the equipment is returned to us in original condition and no later than one week past the event date.  The security deposit is forfeit if equipment is not returned by one week past the event date. *

Laura's Baking Delights photographs our cakes and reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you. *

Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Laura's Baking Delights to complete the agreement and is subject to severe illness, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control. *
