FREE LIT festival in Werribee for 2025 - Plan Your Night

Wyndham City’s award-winning free light festival, LIT, is set to make its spectacular return to Werribee this Autumn with an exciting new program of light installations from 27 March – 13 April (Thursday – Sunday).

As the sun sets, Wyndham Park is transformed into a spectacular glowing, dreamlike canvas featuring giant iridescent bubbles, towering wildflowers, glowing animal sculptures, fantastical trees, projections, and more. The buzz in park is amazing, filled with families.

This year, LIT coincides with the first week of the school holidays and offer extended opening hours with an earlier start time of 7pm. Additionally, LIT includes two Sensory Friendly Nights on Wednesday 2 and 9 April, along with a quiet Sensory Space available each night for those with sensory needs.

Mamma says add LIT to your to-do list this Autumn. Make a night of it by enjoying dinner in Werribee City Centre, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, bars, and takeaway options just a short stroll from Wyndham Park. It really is spectacular with installations stretching the entire par, there is something to explore in every corner!
