New for 2022!

We're delighted to say that next year's workshops are now online, so for those seeking some more inspiring creative 'down-time', there's plenty to keep you busy. More than 130+ courses are planned, and it's a Programme that is fresh, bursting with ideas and ready to roll!

We'll be welcoming eight new tutors to Greystoke in 2022  -  and together with the many existing favourites  -  they're offering 20 new Workshops across the programme. Something for everyone, we hope.

So, whether you're needing ideas for Christmas, or simply looking to try something new, please read on a little, to see the best ways to book!

Bookings Open 6AM on SUNDAY!
Yes, bookings go live early this Sunday morning, and our advice is, if there's something you really want to do, be prepared to set your alarms early. Competition may be keen!

 Important TOP TIPS x 3 :
It's only possible to book one course at a time on the website. If booking multiple places, it's  much quicker, once logged in, to always select' Pay offline' at checkout, and then pay the total due by BACS within 5 days please, & pls.don't forget the course references when you pay!

Make sure you can easily Log in before Sunday morning. (we can resend you your username if needed)

Also, IF you are 'Logged In' (see Info on Menu) - you can view your Registration History   which shows all the Workshops & Waiting Lists you've ever joined! Not vital for bookings this weekend, but still useful to know!

Many New courses are shown left. However, please note, several of these NEW COURSES are currently only accessible through our website FULL Programme Page. To access this, just click on the FULL PROGRAMME icon below: :

2022 Quirky Workshop List
🎄 Buying Open Vouchers and Workshops for Others at Christmas!
A Quirky Open Voucher is a great option at Christmas time - it takes the 'guessing out of giving' and our Vouchers are available 24/7 HERE.

However, if only one type of course is needed (ie blacksmithing)  we recommend you set your alarms and book an actual WORKSHOP place.  If the date you choose turns out to be a problem, you have until Monday 10th January 2022 to request a move to an alternative date (if available) or revert to an Open Voucher. After this date, our usual administration charges apply see our T&C's.

and of course ... if we are unable to run any Quirky Workshop due to Covid, then students are entitled to a full refund or a seamless transfer to the next course, as on previous occasions.

and finally ....
Although hard to believe - we've been running Quirky Workshops for 16 years now - and so we've been doing some sums!  Since our very first courses with the wonderful willow weaver, Phil Bradley and art tutor, Margaret Jarvis  - waaaay back in 2005  -  we have calculated that 'somehow', we have shopped for, cooked for, baked and served up, over 11,500 lunches,to all you wonderful, arty creatives. How crazy is that . .  and how lucky we are to have such a fabulous team in the kitchen!!

So, enjoy the browsing and hopefully we will see you here in 2022. It's always lovely to welcome back so many familiar faces, returning year after year!

With warm wishes for a healthy, happy and creative Christmas and New Year!

Annie, Morna, Claire and the Quirky Workshops Team!

New Squirrel Barn Studio ~ available for hire.

With renovations complete, the new Squirrel Barn space is now available for hire on certain days to tutors/ individuals seeking a homely, creative space from which to bring their customers.
The Barn has a camera/projector for live streaming of tutor demos, similar to the Swallow Barn.  One car parking space is available for the tutor, however students may be asked to park in the village 150-300yds away.

We'd also be interested to hear from other tutors with an offering that complements our existing programme, and who might be interested in  a collaberative arrangement of running their own Workshops in the Squirrel Barn, possibly with an option of their courses being featured on our website.
