Dear Founder, we are YellowX OU, a company based in Estonia, operating in Turkey, Middle East and US with services around Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Ever since we had been founded, we had always been looking to add team members, interns, part time employees to work for us and unfortunately like most of you, this is a growing challenge. It's easy to test technical skills but when you require different soft skill sets, like 'ownership and action', 'curiosity to life's greatest mysteries', 'initiative building', 'self starting ability' and 'always learning', there is no solution but referrals; which is time consuming, random and inefficient.

Talent is everywhere, especially during the pandemic, but when we had difficulties finding individuals that fits to our startup manifest, we decided to scratch our of itch and built a Startup Internship Readiness Program (we call Sage Super). After our initial batch of 2021, proved to create healthy cooptation (competition and cooperation) in applicants and efficient in bringing out amazing talent out of thousands of people, we are ready to open our training, tools and methods to our community of founders for a private beta.

For our Beta, we prefer startups that have fundraised and are past idea stage, because we want to find the best candidates for you and we want to make it worth their time both experientially and financially as well. We have already started on boarding some startups that are in TechStars and 500 Startups portfolio, built by founders with experience in companies like Twitter and Ebay.
