SPSL Positive Test - for February 19 to December 31, 2022

SPSL Additional 40 hrs/5 Days- Must Provide Positive Test Result



All full-time workers get 40 hours of supplemental paid sick leave. Part-time employees receive a prorated amount.

 Employees who test positive for COVID qualify for up to 40 hours/5 days of SPSL leave. 

To have access to the additional 40hrs/5 days of SPSL, either for the employee or to care for a family member, a positive test result must be shown.

*A family member includes a child, parent, spouse, registered domestic partner, grandparent, grandchild, or sibling. A child can include a biological, adopted, or foster child, a step-child, legal ward, or child to whom the employee stands in loco parentis. A parent includes a biological, adoptive, or foster parent, step-parent, or legal guardian of the employee or the employee’s spouse or registered domestic partner or person who stood in loco parentis when the employee was a minor child.
