UCLA is offering FREE self-guided online lessons to teach participants evidence-based cognitive behavioral skills for self-management of low mood and anxiety. Participants have the option of supplementing these lessons with remote coaching support. We call this program STAND for All.
Join us to learn skills to improve your emotional health like building healthy sleep habits and dealing with low mood, anxiety and panic. You will have a choice from a variety of courses so that you may choose what is best for your specific needs.
