The TRIO UBMS & UB program, at the Center for College Access and Success of NEIU invite you to register for the Summer STEM Academy 2021.

SPACE IS LIMITED! Participants will receive a $350.00 stipend (attend all sessions and complete all projects) | ¡CUPO LIMITADO! Los participantes recibirán un estipendio de $ 350.00 (asistir a todas las sesiones y completa todos los proyectos)

Orientation: June 24th, 2021 at 12:00pm- 1:30pm
Program length: Monday June 28th, 2021 - Friday August 6th, 2021 (Monday through Thursday 10am-1pm)

Requirements: Rising 9th, 10th and 11th graders at Back of the Yards, Juarez, IHSCA, Kelly, Solorio, Morton Freshman Center, Morton East, Morton West, Clark High School, Kelvyn Park High School, Mather High School, Roosevelt High School, Foreman High School, Schurz High School

During the project, you will, learn about STEM Careers, Coding Raspberry Pie, Apple App Development, Architecture design and drafting, Underwater Robotics with 3D printing & Folkloric Dance and Culture.

You will also be part of Mandarin Language acquisition, Arts integration activities, Special Speakers and Panelist, Workforce readiness,  and college readiness.

The program has no cost to the participants due to funds from U.S. Department of Education (scholarship),  attendance is mandatory. | El programa no tiene costo para los participantes debido a fondos del Departamento de Educación de los Estados Unidos (beca), la asistencia es obligatoria.
