Yes, tickets can be purchased at the event ticket box and all activities can be purchased on the day inside the event. No booking fees are charged at the ticket box, however, we do not accept discount codes at the ticket box.

We accept Seniors, Disability, Students, Carers/ companion and pension cards (not healthcare cards). Concession card must be shown to receive the concession rate. If an attendee with a carer/companion card is visiting the event as a companion, they enter free.

Yes – we have a separate line for those who have pre-purchased tickets - follow the priority signage on arrival.

We have a fantastic range of Food Trucks serving a variety of hot food offerings. BYO food is not permitted inside the event area. The Frankston Foreshore is situated alongside the event – so if you wish to bring your own food you can find a lovely grassy spot outside the event to sit and eat.

Yes, you can use Eftpos to purchase your tickets upon arrival at the event and also inside the event for children’s activities, food and beverages.

No - the sand sculptures are housed under Marquees– it is an all -weather event.

The sculptures are made 100% of “Brickies Sand”

Unfortunately, due to restrictions, we are not permitted to have dogs inside the event. However, seeing eye dogs, including those in training are permitted.

We are a family friendly event and don’t permit smoking inside the event area. Smokers may request a pass out at the gate to come in and out as they please.
