This experience was better than I expected. It was easy and clear. It started with Jio and when he realized that he wasn't the right person, he got me to Seph. Seph was great. He read through the history, understood the issues, let me know my options and stuck with me until I had an RMA all set. The two really couldn't have done much better. Efficient, clear, simple and very easy and pleasant to work with. Outstanding! This made me a bigger Razer fan even though I was reporting an issue.

I have been using the products since 2012 (started with the first generation of razer naga). There have never been any problems and everything is always at the highest level. And now, when a difficulty arose, the support team helped me figure out the wrong actions and set up the product in a short time.

Speaking with someone as pro as Teddy, one could feel just after a minute how pro he really is. The issue was rectified within minutes and made me a very happy customer. This kind of support that honestly would make ppl like myself come back over and over again to buy the products. For me its the support, not the LED lights.

This was a 10/10 experience with a good ending. I posted a reply on a reddit post saying that I had the same issue. Next thing I knew I had a DM from Razer and then eventually had a support ticket that was pushed through. The only way to truly improve my experience would be to send me a 5090. Thank you to the teams that helped me I am extremely grateful.
