Monster Galaxy P2E — The Storyteller’s Quest: A Cosmic Carnival Contest
As you make your way through the crowds at the Cosmic Carnival, a booming voice stops you in your tracks…
It’s the carnival barker calling out to you: “Come closer, Tamers! Listen! It seems that the bright lights, the mouthwatering treats, the glittering treasures…they’ve all drawn the attention of some mysterious Moga! And as we speak, these Moga are making their way to these very fairgrounds. Many of you will be able to identify them on sight…but who among you is skilled enough as both a Tamer AND a storyteller to weave the wondrous tale of their origins?! Step right up and regale us!”
This is your chance to show off your talent for both taming and storytelling! Taurus, Mr. Nimbus, AnimaGelli, Callite, and Sadwhal are all making their debut in the Strength Tester Trials at the Cosmic Carnival. Choose the one that you find most interesting and create an engaging story that truly brings that Moga to life!
Contest Rules & Requirements:
1. Choose one of the five World Boss Moga (Taurus, Mr. Nimbus, AnimaGelli, Callite, and Sadwhal) and write a story that explores their origins. Where, when, why, and how did they come to be?
2. Entry must be your own original ideas and writing.
3. Entry must not exceed 3,000 words.
4. Your entry must not contain any sexually explicit, profane, disparaging, libelous or other inappropriate content.
5. Entry must be in English.
6. Limit of one entry per person.
Failure to abide by the rules will result in disqualification.
Tips & Guidelines:
You may include any information that has previously been released about these Moga (in social media posts, promotional materials, etc.), but the story you submit must be entirely original and must be written by you.
Your story should include: an intriguing title, an opening that grabs the attention of your reader, in-depth characterization of the main character, and a well-thought-out ending.
Remember: A story is not just a list of facts or events. Make sure your entry is not only informative but also entertaining!
OFFICIAL RUBRIC:
⭐️ Original, unique, and well-developed origin story.
⭐️ Consistent writing style and story continuity.
⭐️ Clear and specific portrait of Moga’s personality and motivations.
⭐️ In-depth description of Moga’s origins (where, when, why, how).
⭐️ Plot and character development.
⭐️ Effective introduction and conclusion.
Prize: Contest winners will share a GGM prize worth $200 USD.
