Our Journey of Impact...
The journey toward improving youth employability on the continent is long and winding. Our mission to address brain drain and the skills gap must be strong and resilient, clear and purposeful to make progress, adapt to evolving conditions, and surmount the challenges along the way.
We have selected ten of the most valuable lessons that show how we have accelerated career pathways. It is our hope that the learnings will help others replicate our successes, scale the impact and inevitably, nurture high-potential African youth.

About Africa Careers Network
Africa Careers Network (ACN) Portal is a web portal that connects young leaders to transformative early career opportunities (internships and jobs) that accelerate their skills development and impacts their career journey. 1000+ employer-organisations collaborate with us on this mission, and to date, we have been able to place over 1000 young leaders into internships and jobs in Africa and abroad.
