2023 HOLIDAY UPDATES!
Shop will be closing on Wednesday the 15th of November. We will reopen the day after Christmas. All orders will continue to process until completion, even after the shop closing. The shop closing is to stop new incoming orders...not to stop the production of received orders.

Now that the holiday season is upon us, the shop is buzzing with many orders. I encourage all serious potential buyers to get their orders in sooner rather than later. Due to the influx in volume of orders, processing times have been extended during the holidays to accommodate the uptick in orders. Please know, there is upgrading shipping for those that want to get their orders a few days sooner.

Lost Packages
Dry Ink Apparel does not issue refunds or replace items for lost packages. You will have to work directly with USPS by filing a claim with USPS directly, using the tracking information sent to you.
1. Get your tracking number from Etsy’s email!
2. Complete a Help Request Form:
We recommend that you complete the online help request form before you start a missing mail search. Please use a desktop computer to submit your form. USPS.com will forward your request to your local Post Office™ facility to help locate any missing items.

Tracking Your Package
Please use the USPS tracking number to track your package on USPS.com. Please feel free to reach out to USPS directly if more information is needed in tracking down a package. Dry Ink Apparel only has access to the same information as consumers. If the tracking to the package says arriving late, unfortunately there is not anything that can be done to expedite the delivery.
How do I make a Tax-Exempt Purchase?
Etsy deals with the collection of all taxes. If you are with a tax-exempt organization you will need to contact etsy directly. COPY & PASTE this link to get ahold of them -

Return/Exhanges
All orders are MADE-TO-ORDER and are Customized. Therefor returns and/or exchanges are not accepted.
This means, if you ordered the wrong size or you received your order later than you expected (but delivered by Etsy’s ETA), no refund, no exchanges, no replacements.
If your order has a defect, please send photo of defect within 24hrs of delivery date/time for Dry Ink Apparel. to assist with a resolution. If it's past the 24hrs of delivery (per tracking info), a replacement is not permissible due to the nature of product being sold. There is no guarantee that the item has not been worn. Photo submission has to be clear.
Defect has to be visibly noticeable at the distance of observing the design in its entirety (not zoomed in).
When Can I expect My Order?
Our production time takes 5-7 business days on most listings. This lead time is needed because our products are PERSONALIZED and made-to-order. Our items are NOT mass produced. This time is used to layout the digital art-file for your order, we create the physical design and then apply to apparel. The clock starts the next business day from when you placed your order. For example, if you placed your order on Saturday the 1st, Day (1) of production will start on Monday 3rd. Count 6-8 business days from that point.
Then you will need to calculate the shipping time. Standard shipping is First Class Mail which takes 2-6 business days. USPS Priority Mail is 2-4 business days. Express Priority Mail is 1-2 business days.
I need my order ASAP! How can I get it faster?
Due to the high volume of RUSH REQUESTS we are processing orders on a first come, first serve basis. I do not offer RUSH ORDER to assure fair delivery times to ALL customers. We are a small shop catering to exclusive customers that want something extra special. But this requires appropriate time to do so. I only offer USPS First Class Mail as the standard shipping but you have the option to expedite your shipping on the Cart's page before checking out. Please do not confuse shipping time with production(lead) time. Getting faster shipping doesn't erase the 6-8 production(lead) business days.
Please note that I do not promise EXACT dates in which you will receive your order beyond the production(lead) time OR Etsy's ETA window.
Can you make a mockup for me?
We only offer mockups for custom orders or for bulk orders. Mockups do not apply to individual orders.
Mockups will be very limited during the Holiday Season in order to keep production moving.
I have a LOGO I want to put onto my shirt/tank. Do you do that?
Yes! We can recreate most logos. However there are limitations as all logos are not created equal. You would need to send us your logo and get approval. Typically simple logos will work that use 1 or 2 colors, max 3.
There is a (5) item minimum on custom logo orders. This means, you will need to order a minimum of (5) items that use this same logo. You can combine different apparel options to make up the (5) item requirement. I.E. Tank, Tshirt, Quarter Zip Sweater.
This helps offset the time invested in recreating your artwork and prepping the artwork to be ready for production without having to charge you an "artwork set up fee" as industry standards.

USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL & PARCEL GROUND:
• Takes 2-6 business days to deliver.
• small Orders use this standard shipping classification.
• Ships uninsured meaning no insurance. If package is lost, there is no insurance to make a claim for a refund on order.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL:
• Takes 2-4 business days to deliver.
• Package is insured for up-to $100* worth of goods, if your package is lost in the mail by USPS.
USPS EXPRESS PRIORITY MAIL:
• Takes 1-2 business days to deliver.
• Package is insured for up-to $100* worth of goods, if your package is lost in the mail by USPS.
* If your package is worth more than the insured amount, please notify the shop owner to charge extra for more insurance.

It's the customer’s responsibility to notify seller to add insurance to your order. Particularly, when ordering a bulk order. Bulk orders ship USPS PARCEL GROUND which DOES NOT come w/ insurance. So if the package is lost/damaged during shipping, it will be uninsured + no refund for a claim will be valid/issued on behalf of USPS OR from the shop owner.
