Confidentiality is central to the work that we do.  As members of the outreach, prayer and care teams, we have access to highly sensitive personal information regarding the women we are reaching out to and possibly the identity of club patrons.  In order to maintain integrity with a respect of protectiveness, everyone on the team is bound by confidentiality.


I understand that serving with LACE WARRIORS will bring me in direct contact with information that is confidential in nature. I agree not to share any of this information with anyone outside of LACE WARRIORS.  This includes family and friends.  


The only exception for the benefit of the people I am helping will be from time to time a need to share information with my LACE WARRIORS director and in some cases a church pastor or National Strip Church staff member in order to receive input and direction valuable to the recovery of the person(s) I am ministering to.  In all cases direct communication with your local LACE WARRIORS director or supervisor is expected first before seeking out anyone else.


Violation of this policy would betray the trust of the very people I am here to minister to and may result in my being asked to step down from serving in LACE WARRIORS.
