Customer Training Request Form

This form acts as our intake process to request a customer training session across all platforms and it is intended for INTERNAL USE ONLY.  
  • Requests missing information or filled out incorrectly will be placed on hold before assignment and may cause training scheduling delays. 
  • Please allow up to 24 hours (1 business days) to respond to your request. Upon assignment, we will create a Training Event in Salesforce where you will be able to track training completion progress. Please check Salesforce for updates before contacting us about the status of this request.
  • It's best to have at least one or more vehicles reporting before our team contacts the customer for training. If the installation is expected within a short timeframe please include that information in the Open Comments section at the end of this form.
  • Please DO NOT commit to a training date/time with the customer until we have had a chance to evaluate this request. 
In compliance with the Scaled Services Model our team offers the following training options:
  • Reveal Personalized Training: Principal, Premier and Signature accounts 
  • Fleet Personalized Training: Available to all Fleet customers
