Excellent hotel linked to a very busy shopping centre. However very quiet , comfortable rooms. Walking distance to rail, underground and DLR . Excellent choice at breakfast too.

Brilliant location right in the middle of Westfield. Had booked to see ABBA and we were able to walk from here. Also convenient to Sadlers Wells just meters away snd West Ham stadium if that’s your thing. Lots of restaurants and bars on the doorstep

Awesome convenient location. Excellent amenities!

This hotel was the perfect place to stay for our early morning travel departure. Train station is a short walk away. Excellent shopping in the Westfield mall. A very nice park and stadium nearby make for pleasant walking. We will definitely stay there again.

When we checkin, the staff called Daniya (Sorry maybe incorrect spelling) is especially helpful and friendly. Special thanks to him. On the night of 23 March 2025, there was a floor cleaning vehicle working overnight, and generated terrible noise, caused me awaken for about 4 hours. Hope this could be improved
