I'm a 53 year old woman with a very small stature and I just finished building 8 of these garden beds on my own over 3 days. Would two people be better? Yes, but it really wasn't difficult to do on my own. These gardens beds will be my main vegetable garden area once completed with a couple arbors on each end, filled with soil, and gravel walkways.
As you can see from the picture, the beds I received are not dark like the sellers picture. They are silver. The plastic that covers each steel panel takes as long or longer to remove than actually building the beds in my opinion. No joke, be prepared. For some reason on all 8 beds the plastic on the 2 end pieces was the worst. The four longer pieces weren't as bad. It will take you 45min to 1 hour to peel this plastic off for each bed which I did while watching videos. It is recommended that you wear gloves while building but lets be honest. When you are dealing with screws, and wingnuts gloves are just not an option. When working with any steel just be careful and use common sense. I didn't cut myself once while building or moving these beds. My tips for building and avoiding headaches are each bed has 6 panels, 4 long and 2 that are a couple inches shorter. When building make sure you have the right size panel. When screwing the corner pieces to the panels make sure your corner is on the inside and your panel is on the outside. Your panel screw holes should be flush with the corner screw holes. Don't tighten all screws until you have finished a row as you will need to adjust. When attaching the support bars to both side panels in the middle of the bed remember top screw hole is just a screw and wingnut, 2nd and 3rd screw hole is screw, support bar, wingnut. 4th hole is just a screw and wingnut and finally the 5th and 6th is screw, support bar and wingnut. I counted and separated the screws and wingnuts to make things easier and make sure to build on a flat surface.
I would definitely purchase them again. I can't speak about longevity since I just put them together. For the size of the bed and at this price this is an awesome deal as similar beds are going for much more.
I hope this helps someone.

Now I am going to have to hammer the corners to bring them down to level or else I can't fasten the metals together with the nuts and bults that the raised bed came with. I am about to assemble the pieces after I hammer all corners that are bent. The pictures show some of the bent corners, which are bent on 2 sides of all of the bigger pieces of metal, and also bent on one side of 2 of the corner pieces of metal. I should have taken pictures of the way I found the metals when I opened the package and the nuts and bolts all over the place, but I didn't think of taking a picture until I started the review and saw that I could place pictures. Thank you.
When I started to assemble the raised bed, the screws that they come with are too short. I had to go to Home Depot and purchase 60 screws and nuts in order to assemble the raised bed. So the screws that come in the package are not long enough. Discouraged.
