About this movie

From Academy Award winner Alexander Payne (The Descendants, Nebraska) comes the
hilarious film that delivers big comedy... and small Matt Damon. When scientists find a way to
shrink humans to five inches tall, Paul Safranek (Academy Award winner Matt Damon) and his
wife Audrey (Kristen Wiig) decide to ditch their stressed out lives in order to get small and
live large in a luxurious downsized community. Filled with life-changing adventures and
endless possibilities, Leisureland offers more than riches, as Paul discovers a whole new
world and realizes that we are meant for something bigger. Academy Award winner Christoph
Waltz (Django Unchained) also stars in this tremendously entertaining and original
film.

Oh dear Matt Damon...not your best work. Had the potential for a great movie but alas not delivered. Can't even give it a chewing gum for the eyes status.Snore fest!

Starts of well for first quarter, then it's no longer a comedy. It loses the plot somewhere for the balance of the movie. The characters were as insignificant as their size. It would have been great had they stuck to the tiny people's funny problems.

Definitely not a comedy. I managed a chuckle towards the end when they sealed the entrance to the tunnel. I guess if they described it as a depressing study of how humans will fail to apply a Earth saving technology and eventually go extinct I would not have watched it.
