1. Reservation has to be 3 days in advance thru Sunway Big Box FB page. Pre-payment is required & non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
2. All payment are required to liaise with Restaurant upon pre-order.
3. Diners must follow strictly on the SOP as per authority requirements, scan MySejahtera/ Selangkah QR code or verification and temperature check by Security personnel before entering our car park.
4. The Management is not liable for any damages/injuries/loss/whatsoever occurred in the mall during the booth thoughout the entire campaign.
5. The Management reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
