Very convenient to Heathrow but view mainly of airport and traffic. Limited restaurants of $$ or $$$. Several Indian restaurants and high end restaurants. A traditional fish and chips was closed on Sunday.

Initially given a key to a room that someone was already in!! All easily resolved. Room had all you needed. No noise and breakfast was good. Easy transport to airport would stay again

It was a pleasant stay. I will say the outside looks a bit dated (white walls need to be spray washed) but the inside and the rooms are nice. Had a wonderful dinner and the staff was great. I would stay there again.

The hotel was convenient, clean and met the needs of our family who were travelling from heathrow. We stayed over night, ate at the restaurant and checked out in the morning. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and made the whole experience an excellent one.
