Exceptionally professional and reliable. Has been investing for over a year and receiving excellent service and feedback. However, will appreciate if the annual rate is increased by at least 2-3% considering the current inflation state of the country. Overall, their app is user-friendly and support team is cooperative . Hope they continue their professionalism and protect investors' confidence.

Their payment is always on time. But recently I faced one big issue at their promotional offer. Even meeting all conditions I hv not get their poromotional offer and when they called me that time they also agreed this mistake is from their side. Most interestingly even they agreed on their mistake but they didn't do any corrective action.

The app experience is generally good. However, the contact details provided are consistently unreachable, which is problematic for a financial app. How can users effectively make inquiries? This aspect should be improved to enhance user support and trust.
