好多人都話周身痛,但嗌痛嗌得多,身邊人唔理解又聽到嫌,隨時屈屈埋埋變抑鬱。的確,如香港伸展運動學會推廣顧問 Morgan Lam話,痛楚係一件好個人嘅事,不過大概都分到刺痛同酸痛兩類,Morgan Sir仲會講到,伸展活動可以點先幫到患者,令到放鬆肌肉,增加血液循環。
