New MCT Category: End User Qualification - Now Available to TSPs
Hi all, Our MCT team has launched a pilot program for a new MCT category called End User Qualification. This is in response to feedback we've received regarding the reduced level of technical skills required to teach our Copilot end user courses. This new status provides an easier path for trainers who are not currently MCTs to meet the requirements to deliver select Copilot courses. This has no impact on current MCTs. Trainers who have completed the AI-900 certification as well as the Instructional Skills Certificate Provider (ISCP) program are permitted to apply, but must be working for a TSP to qualify. Once accepted, the End User Qualification MCTs will be permitted to teach the following: AI-3017, AI-3025, MS-4004, MS-4005, MS-4008, MS-4012, MS-4018, MS-4019, and MS-4023. Deadline for completing End User Qualification onboarding is April 30, 2025. For more information, please see the attached FAQ. Tech for Social Impact (TSI) has refreshed its GitHub site to better align with our solution strategy. All TSI open-source solutions will now be centralized into one repository to provide a more seamless user experience and to support partners in providing customized, purpose-built solutions for nonprofit customers. Purpose TSI wants to ensure our solutions for the nonprofit and development communities remain current, relevant, and aligned with emerging technologies. Enhance solution security and compliance. Benefits for Partners GitHub allows partners to tailor solutions to meet customers’ specific needs. Partners can adapt the source code to fine-tune deployments, adding their own IP for repeatable and tailored solutions. Does anyone know who to talk fix your business profile on AppSource. We don't show up under a lot of filter options including country, 2 of our 3 designations, professional services and industries. It is really limiting the chance to be found. I've talked to the support team and they've said it's based on algorithms and that not all partners will get profiled. Does anyone at all have any suggestions to push Microsoft to update the data relevant to solutions partner? We are "At Risk" but we can only see January data. It is infuriated as an active growing MSP. Not renewing has major financial implications but we have both hands and one leg tied if we can't see where we 'actually' are more regularly. We have raised 2 tickets in the partner centre but data that was updated normally 17th of the month still has not been. We are in the renewal window until April 4th so we can actively make impactful changes but we don't even know if it is needed given we were 60/70 points needed for Solutions Partner Modern Work SMB. Is there any way to appeal if we don't renew based on this lack of data? Has anyone had any success. Any help would be greatly welcomed.Partner Center Sandbox
I'm seeking guidance on how to get access to a new Partner Center Indirect Reseller Sandbox. I've spoken to my Indirect Provider contact, who referred me to Microsoft. However, my contacts at Microsoft are also unclear about the process. Could anyone share the detailed steps or process for gaining access? I've checked learn.microsoft, but the articles I found are a bit high-level. Thank you in advance for your help!Cannot use sandbox within Microsoft Learn course exercises.

Hello I am experiencing a persistent issue with the Employment Verification process in the Microsoft Partner and Reseller programs. When attempting to resolve the issue by clicking “Fix Now” after a rejected verification, I am continuously redirected back to the Identity Verification step. Even after completing the identity verification, I am sent back to Employment Verification, only to be rejected again. This creates a loop, and every time I click “Fix Now,” I am not given the option to upload any documents, but instead, I am redirected to the previous step, making it impossible to proceed. This issue has been ongoing for 50 days, and I have contacted Microsoft Support many times. Unfortunately, I continue to receive the same generic responses, asking for the same documents to be uploaded. After submitting them, there is no further follow-up, and the issue remains unresolved. It seems as though I am receiving automated responses without any real resolution. What adds to the frustration is the contradiction in the process: The exact same documents I submitted for Developer Verification, which were successfully processed and authorized, are being rejected for the Partner and Reseller programs, despite being identical in every way. Given the significant impact this issue is having on my business, I am reaching out to the community for assistance. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem, or is there any guidance on how to resolve this? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated. Goal: Given a customerId, skuId, and productId for a specific microsoft license check the usage data (i.e. how many used / unused licenses) for that license. Examples: skuId = "0004" productId = "CFQ7TTC0JXCZ" Steps taken so far: I can pull down a customer's subscriptions via this endpoint. The response contains a skuId and productId, so I can filter the response to find the license I'm interested in. However, the response does not contain any information about license usage. It contains the total quantity associated with the subscription but doesn't specify the number of licenses used. I can use a different endpoint to pull down all the subscribed skus for a specific customer. This endpoint does return the license usage information that I want, but it doesn't return the desired productId and the returned skuId doesn't match the pattern I expect. It also returns a skuPartNumber that isn't helpful to mapping back to my input skuId and productId I'm stuck, so any support would be much appreciated! Thank you!Issue in registration process

I had a case with the CDOC case management and they were able to suspend the account but won't provided me access to the account. Hello, I am trying to more effectively administrate our customers via Microsoft Graph API, and are trying to follow this guide: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/auth-cloudsolutionprovider This is where I don't get things working: Additionally, as a partner developer, you can build a partner-managed app to manage your customers' Microsoft services. Partner-managed apps are often called preconsented apps because all your customers are automatically preconsented for your partner-managed apps. This means when a user from one of your customer tenants uses one of your partner-managed apps, the user can use it without being prompted to give consent. Partner-managed apps also inherit Delegated Admin Privileges, so your partner agents can also get privileged access to your customers through your partner-managed application. I have attempted to use Microsoft Graph via Powershell, HTTP, both delegated and user-methods, nothing seems to be working. If trying Connect-Mggraph -ClientId "***partnermultitenantappid***" -TenantId "****customertenantid****", I get this error: AADSTS90099: The application '****' (*****) has not been authorized in the tenant '*****'. Applications must be authorized to access the customer tenant before partner delegated administrators can use them. This gets solved if I log in to the tenant directly and add the application as per normal. But that eliminates the whole point about something being pre-consented. I have followed all the steps and I have added the application as a serviceprincipal for the AdminAgents group, which I have confirmed is also assigned to the PartnerRelationship with all permissions. The Partner relationship has all rights minus Global Administrator as part of the steps of troubleshooting the issues ive encountered thus far. What am I missing? Again reading from the article: Partner-managed apps also inherit Delegated Admin Privileges, so your partner agents can also get privileged access to your customers through your partner-managed application. Final question: Is it only possible to authenticate to customer tenants with delegated authentication, or is it possible with even application authentication as well?Licensing guide query for Business performance planning (FP&A/xP&A)
Team, I can see that an Ops-Activity license has ‘restricted Access/Inputs’ for the new BPP process. How can I find out exactly what the difference is between what an Ops/Activity license can do and what a Finance license can do in terms of ‘Restricted Access/Inputs’.
