OUTBOUND L&D
Outbound Training is a learning method for enhancing individual, team and organisational performance through experiential learning methodology. This needs an environment that is safe for learning and gives a sense of belonging to the participants. Ideal locations would be green and serene environment that has a therapeutic effect like nature-based camps and those that bring the participants out of the comfort zones.
How it works?
- The trainings revolves around outbound activities designed to improve leadership, communication skills, planning, change management, delegation, teamwork and motivation
- The module is designed based on specific pre-decided objectives. We consult with HR / Business Heads or the relevant person to understand the set objectives, the areas of concern, etc.
- Trainings can be One-Day, One-and-half-Day or Two-Day, depending on the objectives of the Program
GOALS
1. Outbound trainings are fun and effective
Employees are used to class room trainings and thus become less receptive after a point. We make the learning fun and experiential and participants love it.
2. High energy and growth in many directions
Not just training, employees destress and unwind together in adventure & wilderness settings.
3. Team building activities
When employees engage and do team building activities together, theory meets practical experiences - makes the learning more holistic resulting in great bonding.

2. Logistics & Ground Operations (Experiential Properties/Venues)
- Booking of Resorts/Cottages, 3/4/5* Star properties and adventure camps to offer for conducting our specialised outbound trainings for PAN India locations
- Arrange for props required for conducting the team building activities
- Arrange for conference halls/rooms, stay, meals, transportations and 5 star on-ground hospitality
3. Class Room Training
