RGB International Bhd. (Formerly known as Dreamgate Corporation Bhd.) ("RGB") is an investment holding company listed on the main market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"). RGB is incorporated on 16 January 2003 under the Malaysian Companies Act 1965. RGB's involvement in the gaming industry dates back to 1986 through its wholly owned subsidiary, RGB Sdn. Bhd. (RGBSB).
Today, the Group is acknowledged as a premier supplier of gaming machines and equipments in Asia. The Group is one of the major operators of concession programmes in Asia and has diversified into hospitality and leisure industries. RGB alongside with its subsidiaries and associate companies ("the Group") primarily engaged in Sales & marketing and manufacturing of electronic gaming machines & equipments, Machines concession program and technical support management, and Equity investment and management of boutique casinos, hotels and clubs with gaming licenses. RGB has over 20 years of experience and expertise with operations spanning the Kingdom of Cambodia, Lao PDR, Vietnam, Singapore, Macau SAR, the Philippines and Japan.
