I am beyond pleased with Colorado Carpets and JB. Their customer service was outstanding! JB kept us informed at all times of what was going on with our order and when it was coming in. In the midst of trying to get our house ready to sell we couldn't move forward until the carpet was replaced. I looked at several flooring companies and got estimates from them as well as Colorado Carpet who ended up being one of the most reasonable. Cost was important but we really wanted someone who would do quality work. Believe all the wonderful reviews! Colorado Carpet has the most qualified staff I've ever seen regarding wood products, stain and installation. Colorado Carpet and floor is amazing! We were able to get carpet replaced quickly and were able to take samples home to compare in our house with our current flooring and daylight in our home. They also came by during the install process. This was during the first few weeks of the shutdown. They were amazing in every avenue! Please keep this small local business alive during these times!

Mike, Laura and the install guys were all knowledgeable, extremely flexible and helpful and were light years ahead of the other two companies we received a bid from. Mike took the time to explain the differences between floorings, and suggested a company that had caps for the many stairs our rental unit had, so everything went more quickly and looks perfect.
