We’re working on a project with Greenwich, Lincoln, South Kesteven and Southwark councils - in partnership with Unboxed digital agency - to explore how councils can use a common service pattern for reporting, diagnosing and scheduling housing repairs. As part of this we want to understand how housing repairs are done in different councils and we would really appreciate your help with this!
