I bought wellies from a different company & they were awful & cheap made so I found this company bought wellies & the free returns is what made me buy them because the previous company expects customers to pay postage & returns which I think is terrible. I wish I had found this company first to save money on the postage, their wellies were such a good quality that I bought another pair but ankle ones. I know where to buy my wellies now in future. I love the free delivery & returns. I love how fast the delivery was that it arrived the next day which was really helpful as I needed wellies. Also, they have klarna payment option too which is great.

I previously ordered these boots twice on amazon size 4 both times sent size 7 so decided to look at other sites for them.I love these boots already have 2 pairs they are the most comfortable footwear I've ever had .

Excellent responsive customer service. My parcel was lost by Royal Mail. I emailed to say I had not received my boots. Within a few hours I had customer service mail back and resend out to me with clear tracking details. Excellent customer service and a great company, and gorgeous boots too!

Unfortunately the ankle boots I ordered were too big & unavailable in half sizes. However they were very well made & a lovely colour leather. Returning was easy & refund processed quickly. Would definitely recommend this website for good value for money & great designs.

I used an email address to request a refund as telephone number was not working , and they were fine very helpful and obliging ! I did receive a refund !

I found the website easy to navigate, the selection of shoes was good and the prices very competitive.

Ordering through Amazon was very easy and the boots arrived very quickly. Sadly we didn't like the style as wasn't to my Husbands taste but other than the style they were fab.

I needed a decent waterproof pair of walking shoes/boots, and Shoe Store Direct delivered with selection and price.
Good quality and already in use, in the rain (English summer!).
Will definitely use again, and already recommended to others.
Only adverse comment, delivery via Royal Mail, which in my area is not so good.

The work shoes I have purchased are extremely comfortable, and last well, so I wanted the same again. A quick search online showed them available at several outlets, but none could compare with the price offered by Shoe Store Direct. I ordered my shoes and they were delivered quickly and on time at the designated time slot. This is first class service and reliability. This is the first time I have used Shoe Store Direct. I haven’t received my order yet, but that’s to be expected over the Christmas period so I’m not worried about it. Everything up to this point has been easy, I have no complaints about SSD. I will add to this review or write another when my order arrives and I have worn the shoes for a wee while.

Shoe Store Direct were the cheapest place i found for my sons Cotswold wellies offering free (very fast) delivery and free returns if needed. No other company came close! Will definitely buy from again when my daughter and son need their next size up wellies. Thank you :-)
