Now, the subconscious mind, hidden below the surface, is vast and powerful. It stores memories, emotions, beliefs, and automatic behaviors that you might not consciously think about. Just like the hidden part of the iceberg has a significant impact on the stability and direction of the visible tip, your subconscious mind greatly influences your thoughts, feelings, and actions, often without your conscious awareness.

Hypnosis and breathwork are tools that allow you to dive beneath the surface and access the subconscious mind. **My Journey to Transformation**

Let me take you on a journey through my life, one that led me to the path of personal transformation and wellness.

My passion for healthcare initially stemmed from a deep desire to help people. While I found satisfaction in my work, a persistent feeling gnawed at me, suggesting that I was destined for something greater. Then came the formidable challenge of the COVID-19 pandemic. I found myself giving more of myself, yet it felt like there was less time.

The pandemic brought about a wave of stress, fear, and frustration among everyone. It seemed as if the healthcare system had lost its heart in the chaos. I, too, struggled to stay afloat, and the toll it took on me was profound. I transformed into a person I didn't recognize – grumpy, emotionally detached, lacking confidence, and overwhelmed by stress and anxiety. This transformation extended into my family life, and I wasn't proud of the person I had become.

That's when I decided to embark on a journey of personal development. I began prioritizing my own well-being, seeking knowledge in the realm of wellness. Then I stumbled upon hypnosis. It was a tool I had never explored before, but as I delved into some sessions, I was astounded by its incredible power.

Throughout my self-discovery journey, I ended up losing close to 60 pounds. This transformation has brought me more energy, a newfound load of confidence, and numerous positive changes. I've been promoted twice at work, developed a sunnier disposition, and most importantly, I'm now seeing and valuing my kids and the people I love like never before.

This revelation sparked my path towards becoming a certified hypnotherapist and later, a breathwork coach. These roles allow me to dedicate meaningful time to individuals, guiding them towards life-changing transformations. It's a far cry from the assembly-line feeling of my previous work, where I had limited time to truly make a difference.
