Due to more important current areas of focus, it has taken longer than expected to start on the project of improving the community support processes. This is estimated to start in January/February 2025. In the meantime, in order to be able to more efficiently support with certain requests, please utilize this temporary form for faster responses. Update (March 3, 2025): A data collection and migration process for the past 2 years has started. This is estimated to be completed during week 10. A finalized process for online cheating content can then be expected during March, hopefully within the next 1-2 weeks.
