You would need to create a free account and password.
Give a French postcode such as 14000 for Caen or 76000 for Rouen, 50000 for Cherbourg, 22000 for St Brieuc, and so on...
Once you have done this, you can click on either France 2 or France 3 under the title chaînes and look for the Journal 20h or 13h in the case of France 2.

Je vais vous faire parler des films et vous allez donner la parole aux personnages d'Astérix et Obélix.
On va parler de la traduction des noms des personnages tout d'abord avec une vue de parler de la traduction dans la dernière semaine de ce cours.

Ideally, NEXT WEEK, you'll be ready to do the dummy run and iron out any rough spots in your assessment reports.
You should use this session to make sure your script is ready and begin to prepare for your 50 keywords, which can help you deliver with confidence.
You cannot use one for your assessment, but some people I have had doing such things in the past have found such a website of use.

Module Feedback needs to be given to MHM. link
Your names in your groupings need to be given to MHM for booking in the 4th Floor studio.
An example of previous students' recordings can be shown to you. Visually there's not much to see; the content matters the most.
You will soon need to be ready to do your group assessment. The recording will be on December 7th at the latest.
I cannot help or advise you to readjust or improve on anything in the last week successfully, as by then, you should be ready to be recorded so that on the day, you will have lost all worries and your confidence will shine through... So, ideally, your scripts, etc should all be ready and polished by the 23rd so you can get your 50 keywords prepared and possibly do a dummy run on the 30th...

You will have prepared a group presentation on a "French Political Theme" or a "Region of France". In your groups, you will have sorted a four to five-minute spoken presentation each, using many techniques and tips from last week's PPT (now on Moodle).
I will use feedback similar to the mark scheme for the eventual assessment. Once you have all had your "time in the sun", we will look at the skill of skillfully summarising a text. Again these are on Moodle.
There is a text to summarise and a news video clip about a fire in Rouen. (see below)
We may well get much of the text summarised in the seminar. In your own time before next week, you should aim to get the video summarised. Remember no more than 200 words, but keep all the important details intact!
