COVID-19 Dashboard

The Dashboard affords an interactive view of the projected epidemic trajectories, supplemented with measures of model fit and prediction error. This dashboard is built in the R environment using the RStudio editor. More information about the methodology can be found in the article:

W. Młocek, R. Lew Forecasting trajectories of an emerging epidemic with mathematical modeling in an online dashboard: The case of COVID-19. Preprint is available here: https://doi.org/10.1101/2020.05.21.20108753.

Related, but somewhat different models based on three-parameter Gompertz equations, with more countries, new case forecasts, and country comparisons are available here: https://rebrand.ly/RCovid.
