Nuuly is Hiring a UX Copywriter (Philadelphia/Hybrid)

We are looking for a UX Copywriter to join our User Experience team. As a member of the team, you will help write content across our suite of innovative digital products. You’ll contribute to thoughtful and evolving UX copy and brand guidelines, while incorporating standards and UX best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • A passion for and understanding of the URBN brands, customers, and Nuuly product

  • Technical competency in an agile environment working with development teams and a CMS

  • When applying, please supply a writing sample demonstrating your ability to write across a variety of digital channels
    Bonus

  • Previous experience working alongside UX Designers, Product Managers and Engineers

  • Technical competency in UX tools such as Figma, Figjam and Zeplin

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Write: Ideate, write and edit copy for Nuuly's customer-facing web and app experiences, operational communications, FAQs, and internal suite of tools (Customer Success and logistics software)

  • Strategize: Distill complex experiences across a range of interconnected products into simple, clear communication

  • Collaborate: Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing and CRM teams to ensure content is successful and meets the needs of the customer and business

  • Deliver: Publish copy across all Nuuly environments within our Content Management System (CMS)

  • Maintain: Ensure all Nuuly experience touchpoints align with Copy standards, Brand guidelines and UX best practices, and consistently audit, edit and implement

  • Learn: Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on technology, content strategy, URBN-UO-Anthropologie-FP-BHLDN-Terrain-Nuuly / Page 2 of 2 UX design best practices and product engineering processes
